La Vidriola Tropical Frogs Jumping Necklace. New, but arrived broken!  Didn't realise until I got it out to look at it a few months later (as I had packed it away) and too late to contact La Vidriola. Has been repaired and reinforced with another piece of acrylic on the back, a great job by Katie from Blue Raven Designs.

Comes in a plastic tub.
